Fast Food Store Manager

As a Duty Manager at Hell Pizza, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our bustling North Shore Store. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for overseeing the front-of-house team, managing customer service, and maintaining the high standards that have made Hell Pizza a trusted name in the hospitality industry. • Proven experience in a similar Duty Manager or supervisory role within the hospitality industry • Eligibility to work in New Zealand. • Able to work weekends and shift work • Excellent customer service skills and a passion for providing an outstanding dining experience • Strong leadership abilities, with the capacity to motivate and develop a team • Proficient in inventory management and cost control • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills • Flexible and adaptable, able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Knowledge of local health and safety regulations in the hospitality sector
