Promotions and Integration Specialist

The Promotions & Integration Specialist is responsible for the complete activation and execution of station and client promotions across all platforms: on air, online, on social, and at physical activations. The most important and crucial thing for this role is someone who has experience in Radio and is passionate about The Sound Station. The role includes:
• Strategy & Planning: Work closely with the Content Director to develop and implement a promotional strategy that generates new listeners and revenue. • End-to-End Execution: Help manage and execute all national-scale on-air station and integration promotions. This includes handling all aspects like promotional trailers, web/social content, contest sheets, staff briefs, T&Cs, airchecks, and post-analysis. • Cross-Functional Support: Provide direction and communication to the on-air team for effective promotion execution. They will also assist shows by sourcing client assistance for content ideas. • Operations & Compliance: Maintain Audata and Contesting Sheets, ensure timely prize distribution, and monitor the use of station brands and logos. • Creative Input: Consistently research and source new promotional ideas and concepts, and contribute to brand brainstorms Essential Skills and Background • Experience: Experience as an Agency, Sales, Marketing, or Promotions Coordinator for at least 2-3 years • An understanding and regard for the requirements of the Broadcasting Act and the laws relating to libel, defamation, and invasion of privacy

Job Requirements
2–3 years’ experience in promotions, marketing, agency, or sales coordination. Knowledge of broadcasting regulations, libel, and privacy laws.
