About this job
Each day you will work in partnership with residents to support their personal care needs and encourage resident-led decision making in their eating, resting, movement, communication, and activities. Wellness Partners encourage our residents to maintain skills and a sense of independence. Resident welfare is important, and you will also be required to observe, accurately document, and communicate health conditions Participation in ongoing training is expected.
Job Requirements
NZQF Level 2 or 3 qualification, or at least one year of relevant experience (ANZSCO Skill Level 4) Enjoyment in interacting with older people and participating in meaningful work which has a real impact on people’s lives. Commitment to a high standard of performance with diligence and care. Ability to work within a team where we respect our residents and our team members. Honesty, integrity, high energy. Physically fit.
- Days of work
- Monday to Sunday, rotating shifts with night work included. Minimum of 30 hours (30 hours per week)
