Workshop Assistant

A reputable provider of innovation automation, robotics and machine vision solutions to customers both in NZ and overseas is looking for an Workshop Assistant to join their team.
What will you be doing?
Receiving shipments and stocking parts to shelves -Organising shipments of bandsaws to customers -Ordering of parts from suppliers -Working with MRP system -Mechanical and electrical assembly of bandsaws -Cleaning of bandsaws ready for shipment -Delivery / pick up of Bandsaw products/parts - Loading/unloading of pallets/items using fork hoist
What do you need? - Excellent work ethic and very reliable - A player and willing to help others - Excellent organisation skills with ability to multitask - Experience with machine/ tools advantageous - Able to self manage and work to deadlines - A methodical, careful and tidy work ethic - Class 1 Drivers licence and own reliable transport - Pass Ministry of Justice and Pre employment Drug Checks - Reliable, committed, hard working, physically fit and willing to learn and grow - Working in warehouse, logistics, manufacturing industry well regarded.
