Health and Safety Coordinator
About this job
We’re looking for a Health and Safety Coordinator who’s curious, confident, and ready to grow.
You’ll provide administration support to our health and safety team and provide construction crews with practical tools, insights, and systems that make safety part of how we build.
Maintain health and safety records, registers, and reporting systems. Assist with audits, inspections, and incident investigations. Manage PPE and safety equipment, including calibration and testing. Monitor critical controls and support safe work practices. Share insights and learnings with the wider team to improve outcomes.

Job Requirements
• 1–2 years’ experience in health and safety, ideally in construction • A relevant H&S qualification or working towards • Class 1 full driver licence • Confidence presenting to groups and engaging with crews • Confident computer skills using Excel, Word, and Outlook, with the ability to quickly pick up new reporting systems and tools • A self-starter mindset you plan your week and adapt as needed • Strong attention to detail and a practical, solutions-focused approach • Resilience, agility, and a genuine interest in making work safer
