Are you looking for a fantastic career in Temporary Traffic Management. We are on the look out for TM Workers. Depending on your skills and qualifications (which we can also help with), the options are wide. Temporary Traffic Management qualifications are NZQA endorsed, so it’s a real career option. As a TM Worker (TM) you will be providing temporary traffic management and related services to manage people and traffic safety. Day to day activities include but are not limited to: Setting up, supervising, removing equipment - sometimes diverting traffic on a stop/go. Additional to the standard TM role, your class 1 license full will allow you to drive our Double cabs/Utes. We will be able to use your skills for different types of jobs when needed - Shadow driving, back up driving, transporting your fellow crew members to and from the yard to site and that's just the beginning. You will like working outdoors, dealing with people, be comfortable with technology, be reliable and have a commitment to safety of yourself and others.
Note: The roles are a combination of fixed term (3 months) and some casual on-call. All roles have the possibility of leading to full time permanent.
Job Requirements
• Reliable and punctual team players • Drivers Licence – minimum Class 1 Full, (manual and class 2 a real bonus) • Ability to pass pre-employment checks • Must pass a drug test and medical – there is regular ad-hoc drug testing during employment • Reliable transport to travel to and from the yard • Ability to lift 20kg on a regular basis • Happy to carry out physical work in an outdoor environment and all-weather conditions • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
