Are you a friendly, organised person who enjoys creating a warm and welcoming environment? We’re looking for a Village Centre Host to join our vibrant team and help deliver exceptional service and hospitality to our residents, their families, and visitors.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Creating a vibrant, hospitable atmosphere for residents and guests. Providing excellent food and beverage service to residents, relatives, and visitors. Ordering stock and organising a full range of refreshments. Ensuring the Village Centre is tidy, well-presented, and welcoming at all times.

Job Requirements
A Duty Manager’s Licence, or be willing to obtain one. Excellent customer service skills and a genuine, caring attitude. Strong empathy and a friendly, approachable personality. The ability to stay organised, proactive, and calm under pressure. A well-presented appearance and commitment to maintaining high service standards. Must be available to work on Saturday Must be able to pass an MOJ/Drug test No convictions considered .
