About this job
Tokoroa based company is on the hunt for an efficient and motivated Office Administrator. The scope of your duties will be consistent with those of a General Administrator, and will include efficiently handling a diverse range of office tasks, and enquiries from both internal and external sources. You may also be required to perform other functions from time to time.
Key Responsibilities include: Reception and admin duties; Collect and check all staff Day Diaries and input to payroll system; Vehicle fleet management; PPE management; Filing; Resolving queries from customers and internal stakeholders; Planning and prioritising own workload and other tasks as required from time to time. Job Requirements
Experienced administrator with knowledge of Google suite products preferred. Must be able to pass a drug test.
