• Warmly greeting and seating customers upon arrival • Providing prompt, attentive, and courteous table service • Accurately taking food and beverage orders • Ensuring orders are delivered in a timely manner • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving concerns professionally • Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming dining area • Restocking and replenishing supplies as needed • Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure a smooth and enjoyable dining experience

Job Requirements
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Suitable transportation as some hours are outside of the public transport hours
• Enthusiasm for providing exceptional customer service
