Horticulture Team Member

Large landscaping co based in Albany is looking for full-time fixed-term (starting 15 Dec - 15 March) Horticulture team members. The job involves: • Weeding • Spraying to remove vegetation (growsafe cert already would be a huge advantage) • Trimming, mulching, hand weeding, trimming hedges • General garden work in Parks and Gardens, as well as Reserves. In summary we are looking for people with the following attributes: • Must be physically fit and able to work outdoors bending, moving and showing endurance all shift • Strong and able to shovel, wheelbarrow and carry required equipment on uneven surfaces • Watering plants in areas that don't have automatic watering systems You need to be able to pass pre-employment drug and MOJ checks. Have a full, clean Class 1 licence as you will be driving company vehicles, be physically fit as this is a physical role that involves heavy lifting.
