Truck Driver (General)

Location: Auckland Hours per week: Minimum 30 hours Applicants need to be Flexible to work rostered shifts including weekends(up to 70 hours) Pay Rate: $29.00 – $30.00 per hour

We are seeking reliable and safety-focused Driver to join our team in Auckland. You’ll be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently across different routes.

Key Responsibilities • Plan and deliver goods on time to various destinations. • Drive trucks safely and efficiently across different routes. • Supervise the loading and unloading of products. • Transport fragile and heavy items with care. • Maintain and update delivery records accurately. • Perform daily inspections to ensure trucks are clean and in good working condition. • Follow all traffic and driving regulations. • Collect delivery confirmations from customers. • Monitor fuel levels and refuel as needed. • Report any truck defects or maintenance needs. • Promote and maintain a strong focus on health and safety at all times.

• Able to pass random drug and alcohol tests. • Available for weekend, day, and night shifts. • Willing to stay out of town for floating runs and early morning starts. • Flexible to work between 30 and 70 hours per week. • Full Class 1–5 driver’s licence required. • (D) Dangerous Goods and (F) Forklift endorsements preferred. • Must pass a Ministry of Justice (MOJ) background check.
