This is a full-time role (40+ hours per week), with some weekend work required. Key Responsibilities: - Marketing support and campaign coordination, assisting with open homes and property viewings - Database management and client relationship maintenance, using VaultRE database management, database cleaning, database bulk emails - Social Media Management, overseeing and creating content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Google accounts, including regular posts and engagement - Liaising with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders - Assisting with day-to-day real estate processes, drafting and editing real estate agreements, including Agency Agreements & Renewals, Offers to Purchase, Sale & - - Purchase Agreements, and Appraisals - General administrative and operational support, manage calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements, handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls Assist with document preparation, editing, and proofreading Conduct research and compile reports as needed.

Job Requirements

1- Have previous similar type of Office Administration experience. 2- That experience to be noted on your CV. 3- Be drug free in order to pass random testing. 4- Have your own car and at least a Restricted Driver licence as you will be checking mail, picking up office supplies and other office tasks as required. 5- Any criminal convictions are to be disclosed and will be considered case by case.
