Location: Auckland, New Zealand Hours: Minimum 30 hours per week (5 days a week) Pay Rate: $27.00 – $34.00 per hour (depending on experience)
About the Role We are seeking experienced Truck Drivers to join our team in Auckland. This is a full-time position offering stable hours and a supportive work environment. As a Truck Driver, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of heavy vehicles to transport goods throughout the Auckland region.
Key Responsibilities • Manoeuvre vehicles into position for loading and unloading • Load and unload vehicles using lifting or tipping devices • Follow all safety requirements during loading and unloading • Conduct regular safety and quality checks on vehicles • Estimate and manage load weights in compliance with legal limits • Ensure goods are properly secured and covered to prevent damage or loss • Verify loading documents and obtain delivery certifications • Maintain accurate delivery logs and records • Comply with all company policies and NZTA transport regulations
Job Requirements
• Proven experience operating heavy trucks, • Valid New Zealand Class 4 or 5 Driver’s Licence • Strong focus on safety and compliance • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Pre-employment drug test: Required • Ministry of Justice (MOJ) check: Required
