About this job
We are looking for hardworking and motivated Civil Construction Workers to join our expanding team. You’ll assist with a range of construction and maintenance tasks, including site preparation, concreting, and general labouring.
This is a hands-on role suited for individuals who enjoy physical work, teamwork, and contributing to infrastructure development.
Key Responsibilities: - Site preparation, including digging, trenching, and leveling. - Handling and transporting materials on-site (manual and machinery). - Basic concreting, roading, and repair work. - Assisting tradespeople and machine operators. - General site maintenance and equipment care. - Following all Health & Safety requirements.
Job Requirements
- Restricted or Full driver’s licence preferred. - General construction or civil experience preferred but not essential. - Carpentry, concreting, or machine operating (WTR endorsements) are a bonus. - Reliable, fit, team-oriented, with a positive and proactive attitude. - Must be able to pass a drug test.
- Days of work
- Monday - Friday with occasional Saturdays (40 hours per week)
