We’re looking for a motivated and reliable Junior Manager Assistant to support our Operations Manager and project teams. You’ll help plan, coordinate, and oversee building projects, ensuring they run smoothly, on time, and within budget. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with project planning, scheduling, and progress tracking - Coordinate with team members, contractors, and stakeholders - Attend meetings, record notes, and follow up on actions - Support budgeting, reporting, and administrative tasks - Help manage resources and profitability Ensure deadlines and project milestones are met
Job Requirements
- Previous junior management or project experience (essential) - Strong leadership, communication, and time management - Financial understanding for large projects - Friendly, reliable, and punctual with strong multitasking ability - Good attendance and people skills - Proficient with admin programs (Microsoft Office/Google Suite) - Restricted licence minimum (Full preferred) and own transport - Criminal convictions will be considered on a case-by-case basis. - Random testing may apply - Construction training or certification preferred
