About this job
We’re looking for a reliable and professional Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our repair and building team. The role involves coordinating material supplies, assisting with quality assurance, and managing customer enquiries, while supporting the team with general admin tasks.
Key Responsibilities & Skills: - Handle customer enquiries and provide friendly, professional service. - Coordinate materials and suppliers for ongoing projects. - Support quality checks and maintain accurate records. - Perform admin duties using Word, Excel, and Xero. - Communicate clearly with clients, staff, and suppliers. - Demonstrate strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities. - Be punctual, organized, and professional at all times. - Apply basic knowledge of building or trade work when assisting with jobs.
Job Requirements
- Some experience in a related field (building, repairs, or admin). - Restricted licence minimum (Full preferred) and own transport. - Competent in basic computer and admin programs. - Reliable attendance and good work ethic. - Criminal convictions will be considered on a case-by-case basis. - May be subject to random testing.

- Monday to Friday - Occasional Saturday “may” be required (40 hours per week)
