Job Requirements
To lead and manage the delivery of community Taiohi programmes and activities, under the leadership of the Waitara Taiohi Trust operational manager, implementing the Trust’s strategy. To build relationships with Taiohi, their families whanau, their schools and communities, and with leaders and supporters of the Trust, to carry out the mission of the Trust. To provide leadership and mentoring to guide and equip interns, voluntary workers, including outworking best practice structures and accountabilities, Produce a termly report on operations. To ensure the activities of the Trust adhere to a positive, values-based approach, Ensure all H&S compliance requirements are met, Attend staff meetings on time. Jobs are at the discretion of the Operational Manager. Provide on site support to students and staff integrating Trust activities with school programs to enhance the overall student experience. Provide individualised mentoring and support to Taiohi, focusing on their personal academic and social development.
