Sales Representative

As a Sales Rep, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing professional and helpful assistance via phone and email. You’ll support our sales managers in preparing accurate proposals, quotations, and tender documents, while ensuring all client interactions and opportunities are logged in our CRM system. You’ll liaise with internal departments, manage our sales library, and follow up on submitted quotes and proposals — helping to drive new business and ensure a seamless experience for our clients. Key Responsibilities: • Act as the first point of contact for new and existing clients, providing professional and helpful support via phone and email. • Assist sales managers with preparing, formatting, and submitting proposals, quotations, and tender documents. • Draft and prepare sales contracts, variation orders, and project documentation for review and approval. • Maintain and update the CRM system, ensuring accurate logging of client interactions and opportunities. • Coordinate with internal teams (project management, estimating, design) to respond to client needs. • Manage and update the sales library, including marketing materials, project profiles, and templates. • Conduct follow-up calls on submitted quotes and proposals, gauging client interest and scheduling appointments for sales managers.
