Superette Store supervisor

A Kelston based Superette is looking for an enthusiastic, focused and friendly management-oriented person to join their small team in delivering excellent services to our clients. As the Store in charge/Supervisor your primary responsibility is for the smooth operation and ensure the store builds and maintain its reputation for providing excellent customer service to encourage, develop and maintain customer loyalty. The Store Supervisor is responsible for the profitable operating of the store and ensures growing retail sales in all categories and for identifying and implementing best practice in all functions of the business. You as the Store Supervisor is expected to be first and foremost a leader of the team, to lead by example, through actions and by maintenance of excellent relationships, disciplines and processes. Minimal 1 year plus Management experience required Able to pass a MoJ check Able to pass a drug test Non smoker Flexible to work on any day of the week between the hours of 630am and 830pm Excellent communication skills. Must be reliable with a good attitude. Knowledge of Hindi language would be an advantage. Previous experience working in a superette, Grocery store, Dairy preferred. Ordering/Reordering and maintaining of stock levels of all items. Full drivers licence and own transport is a must. 2 references from from your previous jobs is required.
