Class 4 Truck Driver

We’re looking for a Class 4 Truck Driver to join a busy civil construction team. This role involves operating trucks safely and efficiently, supporting site set-up, and assisting with labouring tasks when required.

Base in Henderson.

Key Responsibilities: • Operate Class 4 trucks and complete routine inspections • Perform pre- and post-shift truck maintenance checks and report issues • Assist with site set-up, traffic control, and labouring tasks as needed • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards and company policies • Complete accurate timesheets and follow project schedules • Work collaboratively with the crew to meet deadlines and maintain productivity

• Minimum Class 4 NZ Driver Licence • Civil or construction experience preferred (2–3 years ideal, but open to less experience case by case) • Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol testing (ongoing random testing applies) • Physically fit and resilient – able to handle labour-intensive tasks • Good attitude, strong time management, and team player • Thick-skinned and adaptable – no egos or attitudes • Able to start early (7:00 AM) and work Auckland-wide • Must complete a pre-employment test drive • Site Safe certification is a bonus • All PPE provided by employer
