Drainage Excavator Operator

We are looking for an experienced Drainage Operator to join our team. This role offers a variety of work, as our projects range from major infrastructure developments for industry leaders to residential housing and commercial projects. With drainage as our core focus, you will work alongside a skilled and experienced team installing technical, specialist, and large-scale drainage systems in varied and challenging environments.

Skills and Experience • Proven experience as a drainage excavator operator in civil construction • Proficiency in using equipment such as trench shields and operating safely in tight spaces • Strong work ethic with a motivated and proactive approach to tasks • Physically fit with a willingness to perform manual tasks as needed • Attention to detail, taking pride in quality workmanship and equipment care • Effective communication skills and ability to work well within a team or independently • Commitment to health and safety through safe plant operation and adherence to procedures
