Temporary Traffic Management Workers

A local employer is currently seeking Temporary Traffic Management Workers to join their team. In this role you will work predominantly on the roads. This role supports the team with the establishment, maintenance, and uplift of traffic management setups, you will be expected to operate with limited supervision, demonstrating a high level of reliability, safety awareness, and professionalism. Suitable candidates must have the ability to adapt to dynamic site conditions, respond effectively to instructions, and maintain clear communication with the wider traffic management and worksite teams. You must be physically fit and capable of working outdoors in various weather conditions. Candidates must be flexible with their working hours, hold a full clean driver licence and have reliable transport to get to the worksite. Previous work experience would be an advantage, however full training will be provided for the right candidate. Suitable candidates must be able to pass a pre-employment drug and medical checks. Convictions will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
