Duty Manager

A local liquor store in Patea is seeking a Duty Manager to join their team who can deliver a friendly, professional service to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction and provide a positive shopping experience. In the role you will be supporting management in organizing, supervising, and leading the day-to-day store operations complying with the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012 license conditions and other legal obligations. You will also be assisting with merchandising and marketing, store displays, in store promotions, managing stock levels, rostering of staff, cash handling, budgeting, assisting with health and safety requirements and helping to achieve store KPIs and sales targets. You will also be responsible for opening and closing the store when required. An LCQ or a Duty Managers is required for the role but if you don’t have these employer can assist with getting these if you are successful.

You will need to be physically fit and able to stand for extended periods, have strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide others, be hardworking, reliable, passionate about the role, able to multitask and be a strong team player with good interpersonal skills. Must be able to pass a drug test.
