Retail Supervisor

We’re seeking two motivated and experienced Retail Supervisors to help lead our team in Te Anau. Duties: • Manage product levels and shelf mix to maximize sales. • Coordinate with suppliers to maintain accurate stock levels. • Price and promote products based on shelf life and sales strategy. • Track stock and billing through our inventory system. • Supervise and support staff to ensure smooth daily operations. • Collaborate with management on store budgeting and performance goals. • Maintain hygiene, health, and safety standards at all times. • Ensure the business meets profit targets and operates efficiently. Role Details: • Position: Retail Supervisor • Hours: 35 hours per week • Rostered within the hours of 9:30am - 10:30pm, 7 day operation • Start Date: December 2025 • Experience Required: Minimum of 12 months (no training provided) • Pre-employment Requirements: Must pass a Ministry of Justice background check and a drug test

• 12 months retail experience as no training provided. • Strong leadership and organizational skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Commitment to high standards in customer service and store operations • Must pass a Ministry of Justice background check to enable LCQ to be obtained. and a drug test • Ability to work across a 7 day roster • Hold NZ citizenship, NZ Permanent Residency, or a Valid NZ Work Permit
