Hotel Receptionist and Reservations - Part Time

A well-established hotel is seeking a Front of House Receptionist. Responsibilities will include reservations and reception work as well as general administration. You will have good customer services, communication and computer skills. Hotel experience preferred but not essential • attention to detail • organisational skills • neat and tidy • detail orientated • an analytical mind • Computer office skills
Job Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must be able to work weekends, have some proven experience in a similar role and be able to pass a pre-employment police check. To be successful, you will need to be passionate about providing fantastic customer service and ensuring clients have a great stay. Ideally you will have hotel reservations or office experience with customer service resilience. There can be occasion to deal with stressed customers who have missed flights etc and you will need to ensure that our customers have the best experience possible in Nelson.

- A mix of mornings and evenings includes Weekends 6.30am-2pm 1pm-9.30pm Days TBD but will have 3 days off in a row. (24 hours per week)
