We are an Onehunga based large format retailer is seeking to employ a Retail Manager. A suitable candidate will lead our Auckland showroom to deliver exceptional customer experiences, drive sales, and showcase our products effectively. You’ll manage a high-performing team, optimize merchandising, and ensure customer issues are resolved promptly. This role will provide additional leadership and strategic support to our showroom team, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and excellence across all retail operations. Key Responsibilities: •Lead, motivate, and develop your showroom team. •Drive sales and monitor performance against targets. •Plan and execute merchandising strategies. •Ensure top-notch customer service and handle escalations. •Manage inventory and oversee daily showroom operations. •Maintain a safe, clean, and organized showroom.
Job Requirements
Key Requirements: •Proven retail/showroom management experience. •Strong merchandising, stock, and sales knowledge. •Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills. •Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment. •Highly organized with strong communication skills

- Mon to Sun 7am to 6pm rostered; 50-55 hours per week (50 hours per week)
