Pharmaceutical Sales Representatives

Seeking driven and customer-focused Pharmaceutical Sales Representatives to join the team working for pharmacies Auckland-wide. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals (HCPs), including general practitioners, specialists, and pharmacists, across assigned territories.

A company car will be provided.

Key responsibilities will include: * Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to HCPs in line with company objectives and compliance standards. * Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with medical professionals, key opinion leaders, and pharmacies. * Achieve sales targets and KPIs within the designated territory. * Conduct product presentations and detailing sessions to educate HCPs on product benefits, usage, and clinical data. * Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams. * Organise and participate in conferences, meetings, and promotional events. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM tools and prepare regular reports. * Ensure all activities align with Medsafe regulations, PHARMAC guidelines, and internal compliance policies.

* Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Business, or a related field preferred. * Minimum 1–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales (preferred but not mandatory). * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Strong customer service orientation and ability to build trust quickly. * Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently. * Valid New Zealand driver's licence and willingness to travel within assigned territories. * Able to pass pre-employment checks such as medical, drug test and MOJ check. * Full NZ Driver Licence. * Right to work in NZ. * Flexible and available to work after hours if required. * Professional polished personal presentation with a positive and people-centred demeanour.
