Employer based in Gordonton currently seeking two passionate and driven professionals to helm a Chef de Partie and a Sous Chef role respectively as a part of our talented kitchen team. You’ll be working under the guidance of internationally recognised Executive Chefs, gaining hands-on experience and mentorship from some of the best in the industry. Both roles are permanent, full-time role with a guaranteed minimum of 30 hours per week, offering stability, variety, and an inspiring workplace culture.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in a fast-paced, commercial kitchen environment A background in European/Continental cuisine Strong teamwork and communication skills A genuine passion for food and high standards of presentation Must have transport to and from work, must pass a police check and a drugs test

Meticulous attention to cleanliness and kitchen hygiene Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and a mix of day or evening shifts Experience with savoury dishes is essential; pastry knowledge is a plus
