Inside Sales Representative
About this job
We are seeking applications from sales representatives to work with a office furniture manufacturer located in Mangere.
The successful applicant will be responsible for:
- Engaging with customers via phone and email and gather their order requirements. - Work with other members of the inhouse team including CAD specialists and gather information required to put together a comprehensive quotation for the customer. - Answer customer queries and other product suggestions. - Upon acceptance of the quotation by the customer, work with internal staff to launch the production order. - Communicate with the customer through the entire lifecycle of the order.
This job would suit an experienced sales representative that is familiar with creating customer quotations or a new graduate with confident communication skills and the ability learn the inhouse computer and manufacturing systems quickly.
Job Requirements
- Previous experience working in a similar role. Knowledge of furniture manufacturing, cabinetry or joinery would be highly advantageous. - Experienced in phone or email customer communication. - Able to use computer systems to generate detailed quotations. Previous exp ideal. - Reliable, own personal transport.
