About this job
Ko o kawenga / Your responsibilities: Assist with food preparation, portioning, and plating for service. Deliver warm, friendly customer service and respond to requests promptly. Maintain clean and tidy kitchen, lounge, and dining areas. Support specialised food and beverage service, including dietary requirements and alcohol service. Follow food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures at all times.
Job Requirements
He korero mou / About you: Experience in a similar role and ability to work both independently and in a team. Flexible, reliable, and physically fit with a strong work ethic. Good communication and multitasking skills in a busy environment. Barista experience and knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards. NZQA Food Handling Certificate (Units 167 & 168) and Serve Wise certification preferred.
