Digger Operator, Logging

A local Piopio employer is looking for a fulltime digger operator to join their hard working team. Duties for the position include using heavy machinery on farms and in the bush to help with building forestry roads. Candidates will need to be able to follow instructions, be reliable, have a good work ethic and be health and safety conscious. You will need to at a minimum have digger operating experience and ideally have logging experience as when there isn’t enough work digger operating you will be required to help the logging teams. Job Requirements
Must have digger operating experience and be able to pass a pre-employment drug test
- Days of work
- Monday to Friday with occasional rostered weekend work (30 hours per week)
