Food and Beverage Supervisor

- Effective day to day communication with a multi-skilled team - Booking and event management - Support staff in delivering an outstanding customer experience - Provide leadership and supervision to food and beverage team members during service - Ensure functions and promotional activities are coordinated effectively - Conduct stocktake reporting and ordering - Troubleshooting and problem solving, including customer complaint resolution
Job Requirements
What we need: - Relevant proven experience in a service-driven food and beverage business - Great customer service - Good attention to detail - Strong customer focus and has a passion for the industry - High personal presentation and projects a positive and friendly attitude always.
- Days of work
- Rostered shifts varying over 7 day working trade, including weekends. Varying shifts from 11am-12am. (30 hours per week)
