Building Insulation Installer

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Insulation Installer to join our Christchurch-based team. This is a hands-on role that requires someone who is productivity-driven, self-motivated, and ready to take ownership of team performance and job outcomes.

Key Responsibilities: -The role involves working primarily with glass wool insulation, including Knauf Earthwool, as well as Pink Batts and Element Insulation products. -Maintain high productivity and quality of work across all projects -Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with industry standards -Coordinate daily job requirements and manage time efficiently -Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management -Be willing to travel occasionally for out-of-town projects

Please Note: This role will initially be offered on a casual basis. -At least 6 months of relevant experience -Minor criminal convictions considered case by case -Experience installing insulation in existing homes -Experience with New Build / Commercial insulation is an advantage -Hold a current full licence and be competent to drive a manual transmission vehicle -Hold a current Site Safe passport & EWP would be an advantage -Have a clear record of employment with solid references -Knowledge of Health & Safety requirements
