We are looking for a Sales Assistants to work at at Vape Shop This owner is a Specialist Vaping Retailer with a great range of vaping products

About the role We are looking for passionate salespeople, who pride themselves on a friendly approachable nature, and a solid focus on customer service, to help make a change to people’s lives and switch them from tobacco to a healthier lifestyle through Vaping or E-cigarettes • Customer service or retail experience required • Have a good understanding of how vaping, and vaping hardware works • Vape industry experience preferred • Vape Industry interest a must • A friendly and positive team-based attitude • A drive to succeed in a very rewarding industry

Responsibilities: • Delivering top notch customer service • Assisting customers with product advice • Providing knowledge regarding the products to customers in store or via the phone • Balancing the Til at the end of the day keeping store tidy and restocking inventory • Be available to work rostered shifts Monday to Sunday • Processing sales transactions

This is not a 9 to 5 job, it involves taking ownership of the role, and as such you must be available after hours, weekends and public holidays if necessary.
