Chef / Experience Cook
About this job
As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for running a specific section of the kitchen, including baking and making cabinet food, as well as handling a la carte cooking ensuring everything is fresh and beautifully presented. You will oversee the preparation and presentation of dishes, ensure high standards, maintain a clean and organized work environment, and uphold all health and safety regulations.
Job Requirements
A Diploma in cookery and/or at least 3 years of experience in a commercial kitchen preferably as a Chef de Partie in a fast-paced cafe or restaurant A genuine passion for food and high standards of presentation Ability to work efficiently under pressure and add to our positive team culture Strong understanding of kitchen operations, food safety, and stock control A flair for fresh thinking and a drive to keep the menu exciting Ability to work both as part of a team and independently
