Office / Marketing Manager

Fantastic opportunity to join a close knit team in Rotorua, we are looking for an office / marketing manager extraordinaire. You will be reporting directly to the Factory Manager and Director in your daily functions.
-Create and update job orders in the system -Process invoices and reconcile bank accounts using financial software -Prepare and send purchase orders to suppliers for manufacturing requirements -Coordinate freight and logistics -Respond to online customer queries in a professional and timely manner -Manage and publish content across social media platforms, including responding to messages -Maintain office supplies and coordinate catering needs -Assist with marketing initiatives, charity events, and survey coordination

Job Requirements
-Proven experience in office administration or sales support -Strong organizational and time management skills -Excellent written and verbal communication -Proficiency in financial systems and invoicing software (e.g. Xero) -Competence in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) -Familiarity with social media platforms and basic content creation -Ability to multitask and work independently -Positive attitude and willingness to learn -Experience in event coordination or marketing
Payrate is dependant on experience
Please note, both pre-employment drug testing as well as an MOJ check is required to be successful (some driving offences maybe considered).

- Mon - Friday, 08:30-3PM 30 hours for an exceptional candidate in all facets of the role, otherwise it will be a 20 hour role. (30 hours per week)
