Local Mosgiel established employer are currently seeking an experienced Chef De Partie to support and help in the development of the “Great Pub” and their new catering concepts for both their Restaurant and Out Catering Options.
They offer a day and night menu and function menus that strive to cater to meet their customer demands. This employer is expanding its menu and will be introducing quality pizzas and sharing plates to compliment its popular bistro options.

Job Requirements
- Pass a pre-employment criminal background check - Pass a pre-employment drug test - Minimum two years experience as a Chef De Partie - Experience in making pizzas is preferable - Reliable with a great work ethic - Excellent communication skills - Reliable transport to Mosgiel based work location - Presentable up to date CV and minimum two contactable references

- Mon-Sun, rostered based work. Minimum 32 hours per week. (40 hours per week)
