Apple and Shoot Thinners Wanted – Family-Based Orchard Between Napier & Hastings
Join a friendly, family-run apple grower located between Napier and Hastings, helping ensure only the best fruit is left to grow to perfection!
We're currently looking for Apple Thinners – experience is helpful but full training is provided. Your role will involve using a ladder to thin apple trees, so a good level of fitness and confidence on a ladder are essential.
This is a great opportunity to work in a supportive team environment. If it goes well, there is the option to continue working and picking fruit until late April.

Job Requirements
- Previous horticultural experience is an advantage, but full training will be provided - Must have a minimum of restricted licence and own reliable transport. - Physically fit, willing to work outdoor. - Must be able to frequently use a ladder. - Must be able to pass a drug test. - MOJ - Minor convictions only. Convictions for violence, sexual offending or dishonesty are not acceptable.

- 7.00am to 4.30pm Monday to Saturday (40 hours per week)
