Property Maintenance - Handyman

Employer has a full-time job available as a Property Maintenance - handyman/repairs/labourer/worker/cleaner/painting/gardening. This is an Auckland-wide role. In brief, the role entails the successful applicant assisting in: Undertaking basic carpentry, painting, cleaning, gardening and lawn-care; Inspecting/checking properties for faults and fixing them where they exist to keep all things running and functioning properly; Ensuring that properties are safe and void of any danger to their occupants/visitors; Cleaning/preparing properties including vacated properties and getting them ready for occupants to move in and more. Full training shall be provided for rental property protocols to the successful applicant.
