Experienced STMS Wanted – Join Our Civil Construction Team

We’re a local, family-owned carpentry and civil construction business delivering quality projects throughout the East Coast. With a strong reputation and a growing pipeline of work, we’re looking for an experienced STMS to join our dedicated civil construction crew.

This role is key to the success of our project delivery. With multiple sites across the East Coast, we need someone who’s confident, experienced, and a team player who’s not afraid to get stuck in when needed.

What You’ll Need: Current STMS Cat A & Cat B (Practicing) Solid experience leading TTM setups and supervising crews Strong communication skills – both with clients and the public Confidence in handling paperwork and compliance Class 2 licence (a must) Great time management and initiative Willingness to muck in and support the team Able to pass a pre-employment drug & alcohol test Bonus: TTM Planning Qualification

Reliable, friendly, and a good team player Physically fit and able to work on-site Must have own transport to get to work Able to drive Class 2 vehicles, must hold Class 2 DL. STMS experience required Able to pass a pre-employment drug test Able to pass a Ministry of Justice (MOJ) check. Minor convictions considered on a case-by-case basis
