Service Co-Ordinator

Play a key role in a growing engineering business and take ownership of service operations. We are seeking a Service Co-Ordinator to join our Rotorua-based team. This is a full-time opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly. Key Responsibilities: • Assist with stock control and order parts/supplies as needed • Coordinate upcoming service jobs using spreadsheets, internal software, email, and phone communications • Provide general administrative support for the service team • Answer incoming calls and assist with customer inquiries • Maintain a tidy, organised, and safe office and warehouse environment • Process purchase orders and supplier/customer invoices • Assist in maintaining and updating the service job book • Full MYOB training provided
Job Requirements
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Confident using Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook) • A proactive attitude with the ability to prioritise and multitask • Willingness to be hands-on and contribute to a positive team culture • Previous experience in administration, service coordination, or logistics is advantageous
