HEB Construction is a leading Tier 1 contractor in Aotearoa, delivering projects from road maintenance to major national infrastructure. We’re looking for a motivated Asphalt Driver/Operator to join our paving and surfacing team. This full-time role involves transporting asphalt and milling materials, operating truck and trailer units, and supporting site teams with deliveries and occasional labour tasks. The role is predominantly nightshift (Sunday–Thursday), with allowances paid. You’ll need a Class 4 licence (Class 5 preferred), experience in heavy haulage, and a strong focus on safety. Job Requirements
Ideal candidates will have: • Min. Class 4 licence (Class 5 preferred) • Experience with truck/trailer combos & plant transport • Asphalt experience helpful but not essential • Positive attitude, good communication, self-motivated • Team player with a strong work ethic
