Junior Account Manager

This is a great opportunity based in Auckland CBD. The Employer is a reputable labour hire company looking for an energetic and switched on Account Manager to join their team.

Business Development: You will be responsible for acquiring new clients and expanding your portfolio. You should be proactive in making cold calls and resilient in overcoming rejections to achieve success. Account Management: You will maintain and manage both new and existing client accounts, ensuring their candidate needs are consistently met. Recruitment: You will oversee the entire recruitment process for your clients, including writing job ads, conducting interviews, and placing candidates into suitable assignments. Plan & Execute: Proactively manage your workload, time, and pipeline to consistently meet or exceed targets. • Base Salary $ 50,000 Uncapped Commission - OTE 100k + • Phone and Laptop • Full Time position - 42.5 hours per week • Training, support and career development • Fun & collaborative team culture • Quarterly team activities • Additional bonuses for hitting targets

The ideal candidate will have Marketing / Business Development / Recruitment experience and interest.
