Butchery Shop is seeking an experienced Butcher to join the team. In this role you will ...1. Perform precise meat cutting, trimming, and preparation of various types of meats according to company standards, handmaking various types of products and update seasonal product as time passes. 2. Ensure all meats are handled and store according to Food Safety regulations. 3. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of different meat types and cuts, providing recommendations to customers as needed. 4. Job Requirements
- have at least 1 year of previous experience as a Butcher, and that is detailed on your CV. - be willing and able to work across the stated hours and days- including Weekends. - have ZERO criminal convictions - have great communication skills in order to provide excellent Customer Service.
