Factory Hand

We’re looking for a reliable, hard-working Production/Factory Hand to join our close-knit team in Waipukurau. This is a hands-on, physical role in a busy manufacturing facility producing high-quality fertiliser products. We are looking for someone to start as soon as possible.

Work Environment – What you’re signing up for : This is not a desk job. You’ll be on your feet, moving, lifting, and working with machinery every day. The role is based in an indoor manufacturing facility, and the work is physical and practical. You’ll be part of a tight-knit, supportive crew who all roll up their sleeves and get stuck in.

What you’ll be doing: • Operating production machinery • Manual handling and factory duties • Supporting the Factory Foreman • Following health & safety procedures • Contributing to a positive team culture.

• Must have a full NZ Class 1 driver’s licence • Great communication and reliability • Physically fit with a solid work ethic • Forklift endorsement (a bonus) • Experience in industrial/manufacturing environments preferred • Able to pass MOJ and Drug test( Can consider case by case conviction) • Reliable and gets the job done
