A Wellington based busy Fresh Fish Store is looking for a keen and motivated Fish Filleting people to join their team. Previous experience in fish-filleting is an advantage but not essential, Training will be provided to the right candidates. Duties are preparing a wide range of consistency high quality seafood from scaling, gutting, filleting, portioning, and cutting fish for retail and wholesale customers. You must have outstanding customer service skills, must be able to adhere to Health and Food Safety Hygiene protocols. You are fit and strong as sometimes heavy lifting and driving is involved. Must be dependable, initiative-taker, able to work in a team.
Job Requirements
Working experience in fish industries preferred/or have some knife skills. Must pass Pre-employment check, Police, MOJ and Drug test Must have Full Licence and able to drive Manual is preferred. Must have reliable transport.
