Security Guards needed for Event work
Crowd control: Managing large numbers of attendees and ensuring people are moving safely through the venue. Access control: Monitoring entry points to prevent unauthorized access. Patrolling: Maintaining a visible presence to deter any unruly behavior. Conflict resolution: Addressing any incidents such as fights, intoxicated behavior, or other disturbances. Emergency response: Being prepared to handle medical or security emergencies.
Job Requirements
a current COA or ability to get one. If you do not have one MSD may be able to pay for this and get you trained at no cost to yourself.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication and conflict resolution skills. Physical Fitness: Must be able to stand for extended periods, walk long distances, and respond quickly in emergencies. Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with event staff and security team members.
