Job Overview: As a Floor Installer, you will be responsible for assisting in the installation of a variety of flooring types, ensuring precise and efficient execution. This role requires someone with a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work well within a team. The ideal candidate will have a stable work history, physical fitness for a demanding role, and a passion for craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities: - Assist in the installation of flooring in residential and commercial properties, ensuring quality and accuracy. - Follow instructions to support the team in completing installation tasks. - Handle and operate hand tools and power tools effectively and safely. - Work efficiently to meet deadlines and maintain high standards of workmanship. - Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure the successful completion of projects. - Ensure job sites are left clean and organized at the end of each day. - Adhere to safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment at all times.

Location: Middleton

- A minimum of a restricted driver’s license (ready to move to a full license). - Own transport. - Must be able to pass a police security check and pre-employment drug test. - Hold a Site Safe passport. - Proven recent stable work history in a physical role, ideally in construction or a similar field. - Experience with hand tools and power tools. - High level of physical fitness and the ability to perform demanding tasks. - Ability to follow direction and work as part of a team. - Strong time management skills to complete tasks on time. - A willingness to learn and develop new skills in the flooring industry.
