What You'll Be Doing: Staging & Styling Support- Assist the Lead Stylist in staging homes to a high standard, ensuring each room is cohesive and visually appealing. Furniture Handling & Transport- Safely lift, carry, and position heavy furniture and decor items (sofas, beds, dining tables, artwork). Confidently drive the staging truck when needed, ensuring safe and timely delivery. Stock & Inventory Checks- Accurately pick and prepare required items for each job. Spot missing essentials (like lamps, rugs, bed bases) before staging begins and report any damages or shortages promptly. Casual Staff Coordination- Provide clear direction to casual staff during set-ups, delegate tasks effectively, and keep workflows smooth and productive. Time Management- Keep projects on track and meet client deadlines by prioritising tasks and working efficiently under pressure. Team Communication Stay in sync with the Lead Stylist and team, share updates, and contribute to team discussions to improve staging outcomes. Ready to bring energy and style to every space? Job Requirements

What You’ll Need:

Physically fit and confident handling heavy furniture daily. Reliable and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic. Comfortable driving a staging truck (license required). Good communicator and team player. Able to lead casual staff when needed and manage time effectively. Flexible to work overtime.

Days of work
Rostered between Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM. Flexibility needed for extra in busy periods. (20 hours per week)
