About this job
For a domestic and commercial cleaning service based in Wellington. Develop and implement strategies to attract new commercial clients and franchise partners. Identify, target, and engage prospective clients, showcasing the Premium Clean value proposition. Lead client acquisition efforts through digital marketing, networking, cold-calling, referrals, and events. Prepare and present tailored proposals, quotes, and service contracts. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) to ensure smooth client onboarding. Oversee onboarding and training processes, including system setup, client support, and admin induction.
Job Requirements
Confidence in sales and engaging with the public and businesses. Proven experience in service-based industries, preferably in B2B environments. Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation and presentation skills. Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and timelines. Confident communicator with strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills. Ability to work independently while aligning with broader company objectives. A proactive, growth-oriented mindset and a team-focused attitude. A Full class 1 licence is required for this role. Must be able to pass an MOJ check and a drug test.
